Ruby Babas

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ruby Babas, who left us on February 12, 2026 at the age of 68. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Born on June 23, 1957 in the Philippines, Ruby was a beacon of love and kindness. She dedicated her life to nurturing her family and supporting those around her. Her unconditional love for her family was evident in every hug, smile and encouraging word she shared.

Ruby had a vibrant spirit, full of joy and laughter. She was known for her cooking, her passion for food, her care for her grandchildren and her laughter; which could light up even the darkest rooms. Her strength and resilience inspired those around her, teaching us the importance of compassion and perserverance.

Throughout her life, she forged deep, meaningful friendships that spanned decades. Her ability to connect with others and make everyone feel valued was a gift that will surely be missed. Whether it was through her warm conversations or her genuine interest in others’ well being, she had a remarkable way of making people feel at home.

As we mourn her loss, we also celebrate her incredible life and legacy of love she leaves behind. Ruby is survived by her husband Dominador, Donna, Darlene, Digi, Don. Michael, TJ, Ryannaleen, Xander, Sebastian and her brother Roel, who will carry her memory in their hearts forever,

Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit will forever live on in our hearts. Thank you Mama, for every lesson you tought us, every moment you cherished, and every memory we hold dear. We love you, always.
