With heavy hearts we announce that our beloved brother, Paul William Dysart, of Garland, TX, left us on July 27, 2026. Leaving an unfillable gap in our family, we will miss his hearty laugh, silly expressions, and quick smile.

Born on February 8, 1967, Paul was a proud step-father, a cherished sibling, a dedicated mentor, and loyal friend to many. From his time in the Marine Corps to his volunteer work recording audio books for the visually impaired, Paul lived a life rooted in service and compassion. During the holidays, he could often be found serving others in his local community. Paul touched many lives with his wisdom, quick wit, and unwavering perseverance. He brought laughter and strength to everyone he met. Paul’s kindness and humor will forever remain part of our family story.

Paul was preceded in death by both parents, and is survived by his three loving sisters. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held on September 28th at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims, FL at 11AM. We invite all who have been touched by Paul’s life to join us as we thank our God for the gift of our brother. In lieu of donations or flowers, we encourage you to honor Paul’s legacy of service by helping at your local homeless shelter or food kitchen during the upcoming holidays.

“So don’t get tired of doing what is good.

Don’t get discouraged and give up,

for we will reap a harvest of blessing

at the appropriate time”
