Margot Anderson Mattson

Margot Anderson Mattson, 81, a resident in Rockwall, Texas, passed away on August 24, 2023. Margot was born on September 17, 1941 to Clyde E. Anderson and Marie M. Kraus, in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. Margot worked at Penn Mutual in Philadelphia, PA. Margot was married to Franklin E. Mattson for 51 years. He passed away in 2020. They moved to Houston, TX in 1975. After she had children she was a stay at home Mom. 

As she aged, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Margot loved playing solitaire, board games and doing word searches. She enjoyed going to church and visiting places around Rockwall with her family.

Survivors include her daughters: Lisa Niemeyer and husband Ryan Niemeyer, and Lynn Lieberman; grandchildren: Robert Lieberman, Holly Niemeyer, and Addison Niemeyer; and brother in law, Ronald Mattson and wife Rose Mattson.
